We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Delivery Management Specialist
In this role you will:
Lead end-to-end delivery for liquidity capabilities including cash concentration structures, notional/physical pooling (where applicable), interest allocation, sweeping, liquidity reporting, and intraday/overnight processing.




Drive delivery across key integrations typically required in liquidity ecosystems (channels, payments, core banking/ledger, limits, pricing, reference data, reporting/MI).
Own delivery of large, multi-workstream cloud programmes (modernisation, re-platforming, migration, decommissioning).Establish delivery governance: integrated plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID, quality gates, and SteerCo cadence.Drive predictable execution across Agile/SAFe and hybrid delivery models.
Provide technical leadership for cloud-native/cloud-hosted solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), including CI/CD, environment strategy, release orchestration, and cutover.Ensure non-functional requirements are met: security, resilience, performance, scalability, observability, DR, data integrity, and operational readiness.Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Cyber Security, and SRE/Operations to align to enterprise standards and target-state architecture.
