Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Influencer Marketing Manager will identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across social platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand values, campaign goals, and target audiences.



The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, negotiating contracts and deliverables, and managing day-to-day communications. The Influencer Marketing Manager will plan and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, including brief development, content calendars, approvals, and coordination with internal creative, strategy, and account teams. Responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, analyzing campaign results, preparing reports, and recommending optimizations. The role requires staying current with social media trends, platform updates, and competitive activities to inform strategy and uncover current partnership opportunities.

Qualifications
Experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital campaign management, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
