Candidate Outreach:




Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss open positions and gauge their interest
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Talent Acquisition Support:
Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on specified criteria
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Help prepare interview schedules and follow-up communications
Operational Support:
Assist with maintaining the applicant tracking system and updating candidate records
Help with onboarding processes for recent hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling
Contribute to improving recruitment processes and identifying areas for efficiency
Research and Reporting:
Conduct market research to identify new sourcing strategies for niche roles
Compile reports on recruitment metrics and candidate feedback for ongoing improvement
