The QA Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the overall quality strategy, execution, and culture within the organization.



This role goes beyond traditional QA ownership—it's a strategic position responsible for shaping scalable testing frameworks, strengthening automation maturity, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, enterprise‑grade cloud products.

As the QA Manager, you will lead and mentor a diverse team of QA engineers, define and champion the firm's data quality standards across the organization, and best‑in‑class testing practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders—product managers, engineering teams, DevOps, data management delivery teams and release management—to embed quality at every stage of the product lifecycle. With a robust focus on automation, performance, and compliance, you will ensure that both product releases and client implementations meet the highest benchmarks of reliability, security, and scalability.
