Some High-impact Responsibilities You Will Be Entrusted With
Understanding the Claim RI & Preauthorization process as well as documentation requirements from all insurance companies/TPAs.
Reviewing documents submitted by clients and following up with them to ensure they comply with necessary specifications. Escalation to the Team leader and the Account manager when necessary.
Submitting claims to insurers and following up with them until case resolution within Insurer SLA.
