We are seeking a talented and driven Relationship Manager to join our Sky
Channel-VRM - NR department at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The successful candidate
will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client base for the Sky
Global Indian Classic product.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining
strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Your
primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and providing exceptional service
to existing ones. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a
dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our Sky Channel business.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients for the Sky Global
Indian Classic product.
* Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure their
continued satisfaction and loyalty.
* Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and
market trends.
* Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions to meet client needs
and expectations.




* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of
services and products.
* Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes to provide
accurate advice to clients.
* Manage and prioritize a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and
productive service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and
transactions.
* Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the
bank's products and services.
* Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team to enhance
overall client experience.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably
in the banking industry.
* Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on wealth
management.
