Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, secure, automate, and operate our AWS-based cloud platform supporting a mission-critical oncology software solution used by patients, clinicians, and healthcare organizations worldwide.

This role is responsible for both cloud infrastructure engineering and DevOps practices, ensuring our SaaS platform is secure,



scalable, highly available, and compliant with healthcare and medical device requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with software engineering, architecture, security, quality, and operations teams to enable reliable software delivery and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, cloud security, observability, and production operations.

The product is Siemens Healthineers´s cloud-based software solution for patient relationships and care navigation management. It’s designed to connect cancer patients with their clinics online throughout the entire cancer journey. The product used by 35 000+ active cancer patients and healthcare professionals from leading oncology centers in North America and Europe.
