Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Project duration: 1year (Extendable)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist with 2 3 years of experience to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of procurement processes and engineering requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing,
vendor evaluation, and purchase order management Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements
Identify and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project timelines
Maintain proper documentation of procurement records
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.E. (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or MBA (or equivalent)
Experience: 2 3 years in procurement or supply chain role
Basic understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
SAP knowledge is not mandatory
Proficient in MS Excel
Working Conditions
Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Holidays: As per company (Reliance) calendar only
