Job Description

Technical & Support Tasks

Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and standard business applications.
Deploy hardware (laptops, desktops) and peripherals (printers, scanners) according to organizational standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
Provide technical support via helpdesk tickets, remote access, or in office visits for RBI in Rotation shifts
Maintain and update desktop images and deployment solutions.
Maintain detailed inventory records of IT assets — laptops, desktops, peripherals, — tracking status, assignment, and lifecycle.
