We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Life & Annuities (L&A;) within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of insurance products and processes, coupled with the analytical skills necessary to drive business improvements and support strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Life & Annuities.
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements within the insurance domain.
Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.




Perform data analysis to support decision-making and validate business requirements.
Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the Life & Annuities sector.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, specifically in Life & Annuities.
Solid understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Familiarity with insurance software systems
