We are seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Coach to join our team at DLF Golf & Country Club. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering high-quality coaching experiences, driving player retention, and working with a diverse mix of golfers—from beginners to advanced players, including juniors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured individual and group coaching sessions tailored to different skill levels
Develop and execute long-term player development plans to ensure engagement and retention
Actively coach and mentor junior golfers, fostering both skill development and love for the game
Utilize advanced coaching technology such as TrackMan and SAM PuttLab to enhance lesson quality and provide data-driven insights
Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback and performance reports
Maintain a high standard of coaching professionalism and customer experience
Collaborate with the academy/team to support events, clinics, and member engagement initiatives
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a golf coach/instructor at a reputable facility or academy
Strong track record in player retention and client relationship management
Experience conducting both group clinics and one-on-one lessons
Demonstrated experience working with junior golf programs
Comfortable and proficient in using modern coaching tools such as TrackMan and SAM PuttLab
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant coaching certifications (preferred)
