About The Role





We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Specialist to join our People & Talent team. This role will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR systems, with a strong focus on UKG Ready. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, enhancing employee and manager experiences, supporting HR processes through technology, and driving automation and AI-enabled solutions across the People function.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Administration & Support

Serve as the primary administrator for UKG Ready and related HR systems.
Maintain employee records, organizational structures, workflows, security roles, and

system configurations.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all HR platforms.
Troubleshoot system issues and act as the first point of contact for HRIS-related queries.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implement
