About this Role

This role is responsible for leading and delivering SOX (SarbanesOxley) business controls testing in alignment with Group methodology. The individual will ensure highquality execution of SOX compliance activities, timely reporting, and effective coordination with global audit stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to adhoc strategic projects to support senior management objectives.

What you will do

- Execute SOX/S404 business controls testing for inscope Vodafone finance processes with minimal supervision.
- Deliver assigned SOX cycle activities in alignment with Group methodology and timelines.




- Track audit engagements and monitor audit observations to ensure timely closure.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal audit functions, external auditors, and global markets.
- Support senior management through the execution of adhoc projects and process improvement initiatives.

What skills you need

- Extensive handson experience in testing SOX business controls.
- Strong ability to identify, assess, and highlight risks within business processes and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Professional qualification: Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant.
- Minimum 6+ years of postqualification experience in Audit, SOX Compliance, or Risk Management.
- Experience with Big4 firms is desirable.
