ADRI is looking to hire field associates for different projects in Bihar.

Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits across Bihar

Data collection (quantitative & qualitative)

Field documentation & reporting

Support surveys, FGDs & interviews

Ensure data quality and timely reporting

Use mobile-based data collection tools Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Knowledge of local language(s)

Willingness to travel extensively

Willingness to work as a team member

Abide by the institutional standard working protocols of data collection Remuneration Rs 20,000 per month (Consolidated).
