Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Palghar for Site Engineers and Site Supervisors focused on sourcing construction materials in the real estate industry. The role involves supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, structural specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality control, tracking material requirements, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate documentation of deliveries and usage.



The role also requires regular site inspections, resolving on-site technical issues, and collaborating with project managers to meet timelines and budgets within the specified CTC range of ₹5.0–8.0 LPA.

Qualifications

- Candidates should have strong on-site supervision skills, including experience managing construction activities and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to interact effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Candidates should demonstrate quality control capabilities, including inspection of materials, adherence to standards, and documentation of site work.
- Candidates should have knowledge of structural engineering principles to understand drawings, specifications, and load-bearing requirements.
- Candidates should be qualified civil engineers or hold a diploma/degree in civil engineering or related fields, with experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with local building codes, vendor management experience, basic MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work extended hours when required by project timelines.
