Role & responsibilities
- Monitor plant operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and permit-to-work audits.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain MSDS/chemical safety documentation and ensure workers awareness.
- Deliver safety induction and refresher training for employees and contractors.
- Support emergency preparedness: drills, equipment checks, and response coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local safety laws, environmental regulations, and company standards.
- Assist in implementing PPE standards and enforcing secure work practices.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: BE + PDIS
Experience: 4 to 15 Years
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
