Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Are you passionate about developing talent and driving performance? Join our growing team as a Process Trainer and play a key role in shaping high-performing customer service and sales professionals in an International BPO environment.

What You'll Do

Conduct new hire induction and process training

Deliver product, process, communication, and soft skills training

Design training materials, assessments, and certification modules

Identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher sessions

Monitor trainee performance during training and nesting

Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve performance

Maintain training records and ensure process compliance

Support process transitions and continuous learning initiatives

What We're Looking For





Graduate in any discipline

25 years of experience as a Process Trainer in an International BPO

Experience in Voice, Sales, Customer Support, or Customer Success processes preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Positive understanding of KPIs, Quality, and operational metrics

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Exposure to US processes and night shifts is an added advantage
