Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the role of International Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate must have high-end fluency in English and excellent verbal communication skills to handle international clients/customers via voice/chat/email process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with a solution-oriented approach
- Maintain high-quality communication standards as per international process guidelines
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (quality, AHT, CSAT)
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain a positive, empathetic,



and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Required Skills:

- High-end fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Willingness to work in rotational/international shifts
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset

Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome
- Prior experience in the international voice process will be an added advantage
