HR Generalist Employee Engagement, HR Operations & Recruitment

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR professional with strong experience in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have worked with an IT company and possess hands-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle while driving a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Drive employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans.
- Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.

HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Handle employee documentation, HR policies, attendance, leave management, and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HRMS and prepare HR reports/MIS.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.




- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, onboarding, and candidate engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
- Solid experience in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Recruitment.
- Must have experience working with an IT/Software company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRMS and MS Excel.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
