Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including Income Tax, GST, PF, and ESI.

Handle and resolve notices related to Income Tax and GST.

Consolidate budgets and financial reports at the group level.

Perform variance analysis to monitor financial performance.

Finalize the Balance Sheet and prepare financial statements.

Conduct cash flow analysis and provide financial insights for decision-making.

Address queries from internal and statutory auditors, ensuring timely resolution.

Liaise with bankers and ERP developers for financial processes and system improvements.
