Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on business requirements and production capacity.

- Prepare material requirements and ensure timely availability of RM, PM, solvents, intermediates, and other production materials.

- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with Production, Stores, Procurement, QA, and QC teams.

- Track production plan vs. actual performance and identify delays, shortages, and bottlenecks.

- Maintain optimum inventory levels and monitor RM, WIP, and finished goods inventory.

- Coordinate batch planning and ensure production activities are completed as per schedule.

- Monitor material consumption, stock availability, and inventory aging.

- Generate PPIC MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.





- Work on SAP/ERP systems for production planning, material planning, and inventory monitoring.

- Support capacity planning and optimize available manpower, equipment, and production resources.

- Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP requirements and company procedures.

- Identify planning issues and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.

- Maintain proper PPIC records and documentation.

Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / MBA or equivalent qualification, preferably with experience in API/Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
