We are hiring experienced ITI Moulder professionals for our manufacturing unit in Paharpur. Candidates should have hands-on experience in mould preparation, moulding operations, and production processes while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain moulding machines and equipment.
Prepare moulds as per production requirements.
Ensure proper mould quality and dimensional accuracy.
Inspect finished products and identify defects.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations. Requirements
Qualification: ITI (Moulder Trade)
Experience: 2–5 years in a manufacturing/foundry environment.
Gender: Male
Age: 21–35 years
Good knowledge of moulding processes, machine handling, and quality standards.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Salary
Experienced Candidates: Salary will be offered based on the current CTC, with approximately 10% hike over the existing salary.
