Position: Career Guide / Academic Counselor

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and target-driven professional with prior experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong counseling abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in student conversion and fee collection.

Key Responsibilities ✅ Connect with prospective students and parents to provide information about educational courses and programs.

✅ Counsel students regarding suitable courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.

✅ Drive admissions through effective counseling and relationship-building.

✅ Manage fee collection and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

✅ Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, digital campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.





✅ Address customer queries related to courses, pricing, admissions, and program benefits.

✅ Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling educational programs.

✅ Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and sales activities in CRM systems.

✅ Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in the EdTech industry.

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

✔ Strong counseling, sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

✔ Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.

✔ Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving admissions goals.

✔ Good organizational and time-management skills.

✔ Experience in admissions counseling, inside sales, or academic advising will be preferred.
