We are now looking for ONE high-performance Growth Executive who can take ownership of our D2C sales + WooCommerce + Amazon growth and scale revenue profitably.

Role: D2C Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

You Will Be Responsible For Scaling ✅ www.agravat.com (D2C Store)

✅ Amazon PPC + Marketplace Growth

✅ Meta Ads + Google Ads Performance

✅ Conversion Optimization + Retention Strategy

Key Responsibilities

? Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Scaling, Retargeting, Funnel Building)

? Manage Google Search, Shopping & YouTube campaigns

? Optimize D2C website landing pages, offers, bundles & AOV

? Drive repeat purchases via WhatsApp, Email marketing & remarketing funnels

? Manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video)

? Improve keyword ranking, listing conversion & sales velocity

? Weekly performance reporting on ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV

Requirements ✔ 2–6 years experience in D2C Performance Marketing (Health & Beauty category preferred)

✔ Robust hands-on expertise in Meta Ads + Google Ads

✔ Amazon PPC experience is mandatory

✔ Experience in Health & Beauty / wellness / vitamin supplements / nutraceutical / skincare / personal care is a MUST

✔ Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset with scaling expertise

Salary + Incentives

? ₹8 LPA – ₹14 LPA (CTC)

? Performance Bonus: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000/month based on results
