Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, site execution, budgeting, quality control, and stakeholder management within the real estate or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of construction projects from planning to handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor site progress, safety compliance,
and construction quality.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement activities and contract management.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Robust experience in real estate or infrastructure project management.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera .
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
