Role & responsibilities

- Bridging product design to mass production by ensuring high precision, quality, and efficiency in automated assembly, functional testing, and dimensional inspection.
- Proficiency in CAD, DFM analysis, statistical process control (SPC), FMEA
- Responsible for process control and maintenance in key manufacturing areas, including production assembly, glue dispensing, low-pressure injection molding, plasma/primer automation, dimension measurement, vision system and laser welding.
- Work on robotics, PLCs,motion control, and AI-based vision inspection to meet zero-defect manufacturing standards.
- Manage incoming material validation, in-process inspections, and final product testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Problem-solving under strict timelines, cross-cultural teamwork, vendor management.

Automation:



Handle electrical systems, PLCs, and control circuits for automation.

- Work with sensors, actuators, electrical panel wiring, and HMI controls. - Gain basic knowledge of servo & stepper drives and industrial communication protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, Ether CAT).
- Assist in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and electrical system integration

Educational Qualification: 2026 Final yearstudents and 2025 graduates witha degree in relevant engineering disciplines. Eligible Disciplines Process Control Engineer: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation

Minimum Academic Performance Candidates should have a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 65% aggregate (may vary based on company requirements).

Technical Skills Basic knowledge in automation, robotics, PLCs, AI-based inspection, machine vision, and troubleshooting (as applicable to each role).
