Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee from a premier business school (IIM preferred) to work closely with the top management in improving organizational performance, employee productivity, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Build structured work planning and task management processes across the organization.
- Monitor employee activities, deliverables, and compliance through ERP and CRM systems.
