Key Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to engage clients and understand their financial needs
Pitch pre-qualified leads (no cold calling required)
Coordinate closely with senior sales team for conversions
Maintain accurate records through CRM tools
Work in a domestic process with fixed dayshift hours; 5.5-day workweek, metro-pick-and-drop facility available
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong spoken and written English communication
Sales-oriented, persuasive, confident, energetic, and well-groomed
CRM system proficiency (e.g., lead tracking, data entry)
Compensation & Perks:
CTC: 15,00025,000 per month + performance incentives
