Role Description The Hindi Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Hindi language lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum for middle and secondary school students. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching grammar, literature, and writing skills, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support learning progress.

The teacher will manage classroom activities, maintain discipline,



and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include participating in staff meetings, collaborating with colleagues on academic planning, and supporting school events related to language and cultural activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Prayagraj.

Qualifications

- Strong Teaching experience in Hindi language, preferably at Middle School or secondary level.
- Ability to design, implement, and adapt Curriculum to meet diverse student learning needs.
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging students, families, and colleagues.
- Formal training or degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field (e.g., B.Ed., B.A./M.A. in Hindi).
- Proficiency in classroom management and student assessment methods.
- Ability to use basic educational technology and teaching aids to enhance learning.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices and student welfare.
- Prior experience in a school setting in Prayagraj or similar context is an advantage.
