Job Summary

We are looking for a Hindi Typist with good Hindi typing skills and basic computer knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for accurately typing, formatting, proofreading, and maintaining Hindi documents and records. The role requires good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Type Hindi letters, reports, notices, forms, statements, and other official documents.
- Convert handwritten/scanned documents into digital Hindi documents.
- Type and format documents using MS Word and Hindi typing software.
- Check documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
- Maintain proper records of typed documents and files.
- Handle data entry and documentation work as required.
- Print, scan, photocopy, and organize office documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.




- Coordinate with different departments for documentation requirements.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good command of Hindi language and Hindi typing.
- Knowledge of Unicode Hindi typing / Kruti Dev preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Robust attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Previous experience as a Hindi Typist / Data Entry Operator will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000/- per month

Hindi typing roles commonly include document preparation, proofreading, record maintenance, and computer-based document handling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
