Role Description The Hindi and Malayalam Trainer will deliver high-quality language training to students preparing for tech sector placements, with a focus on communication skills and professional readiness. This full-time, in office role is based in Trivandrum and includes planning and conducting interactive classroom sessions, designing practice activities, and assessing learner progress.

The trainer will create and adapt learning materials in Hindi and Malayalam, provide constructive feedback,



and support learners in improving spoken and written communication. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with other trainers, maintaining training records, and participating in curriculum enhancement and internal training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency and fluency in Hindi and Malayalam, with the ability to teach speaking, reading, and writing effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in classroom teaching, training, or facilitation, preferably in language or communication skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Ability to design lesson plans, create learning materials, and use assessments to track learner progress.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools and learning platforms to support training delivery and learner engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in languages, education, or communication is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work on-site in Trivandrum on a full-time schedule.
- Previous experience in skill development, test preparation, or corporate training is a plus.
