In this pursuit, we are looking for a motivated Executive - Accounts with experience in designing and

implementing a strategic plan that covers a wide customer base and helps in establishing a strong

market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare, issue, and follow up on client invoices in a timely manner.




Coordinate closely with the Accountant and internal teams for expense tracking and collections.
Prepare and analyze reports related to business expenses, revenue, and outstanding receivables.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure timely invoice payments and resolve billing queries.
Handle GST and TDS reconciliation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate ZOHO Books entries for internal accounting, MIS, and reporting.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, and payment collections.
Proven experience in client invoice follow-ups and payment collection.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with valuable negotiation and convincing abilities.
