We need an Expert Senior Full Stack MERN Engineer for a long-term engagement. You must be a high-performer, who is trustworthy, autonomous, and ready to tackle complex challenges alongside a veteran distributed team.
What you will do
Design and maintain modular-monolith architectures for enterprise-level web apps using MERN stack.
Write high-quality, optimized code for Front End (ReactJS) and Back End (TypeScript, Koa, Express, Typegoose).
Manage complex storage layers, utilizing both MySQL and MongoDB to optimize data integrity and performance.
Collaborate with the existing team during IST daytime hours (including daily 8:30 AM IST stand-ups).
Follow SDLC best practices, writing clean, well-documented code and conducting rigorous code reviews.
Develop unit tests to ensure work product reliability and stability.
Streamline CI/CD pipelines and utilize automation tools to ensure smooth deployment.
Work efficiently within JIRA and AWS environments to manage tasks and infrastructure.
Use AI tools to accomplish any of the above requirements, but you must attend stand-ups in person...and not send your AI Agent. ;)
