We are seeking a passionate and research-oriented Intern to work with the AI/Autonomy team to design and implement AI-driven control and stabilization algorithms for the tethered aerostat system.

Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Model Development
• Develop machine learning models for aerostat control and prediction
• Implement computer vision algorithms for surveillance payloads
• Work on sensor fusion and state estimation using AI techniques
• Support development of autonomous decision-making systems
Data Processing & Analysis
• Process and analyze flight data for model training
• Implement data pipelines for real-time inference
• Create visualization tools for AI model outputs
Deployment & Testing
• Deploy AI models on edge devices and embedded systems
• Support simulation and hardware-in-loop testing
• Document AI architectures, algorithms, and performance metrics
Requirements
• Pursuing or completed B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Understanding of deep learning, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
• Knowledge of control systems and robotics is a plus
• Experience With Edge AI Deployment Preferred
• Research-oriented mindset with solid analytical skills
