Key Responsibilities
Recruit, supervise, and provide ongoing skilled mentorship to a team consisting of Technical Consultants and Support Engineers.
Formulate and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) pertaining to client account health, technical onboarding efficiency, platform adoption rates, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Formulate scalable operational frameworks to standardize consulting engagements and technical services for diverse user demographics, such as Upstream Biopharma and Small Molecule API engineers.
Function as the primary technical sponsor during structured 90-day PoV campaigns. Responsibilities include ensuring the successful ingestion of historical data, the configuration of digital asset twins, and the generation of initial Process Characterization Reports.
Facilitate user navigation and utilization of the SimSight ecosystem.
This involves instructing PD scientists in the application of the Scale-Up Simulator over traditional analytical methods and similar workflows within the SimSight app ecosystem.
Systematically monitor platform utilization to identify clients exhibiting suboptimal engagement. Initiate proactive interventions, including targeted technical consulting sessions, consultative reviews, and structured operational assessments.
Serve as the primary conduit for feedback between the client base and the Product and R&D; departments. This requires translating operational friction into actionable feature development requests to enhance platform mapping and ontology configurations.
Collaborate synergistically with the commercial division to identify strategic upsell opportunities, such as transitioning clients from initial transfer suites to advanced optimization suites, or facilitating upgrades for legacy software users.
