We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Engineering to strengthen, streamline, and elevate CRA’s engineering operations. This role will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams—Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Engineering—with a robust foundation in mechanical design. The ideal candidate will drive standardisation, enforce engineering discipline, improve cross-functional workflows, and build scalable engineering systems that support CRA’s product, project, and manufacturing goals.

Requirements




Own and elevate CRA’s mechanical design and engineering output—ensuring all deliverables are on time, cost-aligned, production-ready, and compliant.
Collaborate closely with Project Management, Procurement, Production, and Quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
Translate process designs into structured engineering outputs including layouts, mechanical drawings, BOMs, and compliance documentation.
Establish and enforce design standards, release workflows, and BOM coordination systems.
Oversee simulation, virtual validation, and engineering analysis (e.g., FEA, DFM reviews).
Lead technical troubleshooting and support root cause analysis for manufacturing or site-related challenges.
Mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and implement structured training and upskilling programs.
Support commercial teams with technical inputs for proposals, compliance documentation, and client submissions.
