Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized design institution (e.g., NID, NIFT, JJ School of Arts, Symbiosis, or equivalent)
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce environments
Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop




Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, including foundational knowledge of motion design
Strong portfolio showcasing fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle design projects
Mastery of core design principles: color theory, typography, layout, and visual composition
In-depth understanding of current fashion trends and visual storytelling techniques
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently under tight deadlines
Responsibilities
Design visually striking creatives for web, mobile app, product pages, promotional banners, and seasonal campaigns
Create dynamic social media content, including Instagram posts, stories, reels, and digital lookbooks
Develop engaging email marketing visuals and conversion-focused campaign assets
Build and maintain brand-aligned design systems that reflect current fashion trends and brand voice
