Role Summary
We are seeking a certified Scrum Master with solid hands-on experience in Agile delivery to drive high-performing Scrum teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, delivery-focused, and skilled at coaching teams, removing impediments, and ensuring Agile best practices are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities




Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring continuous improvement and high team maturity
Proactively identify and remove impediments that block team progress
Partner with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized, and well-groomed backlog
Track and communicate Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, predictability)
Maintain Risk Registers for the project and ensure mitigation through stakeholders collaboration.
Create and maintain the Project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities
Act as a change agent, promoting Agile mindset across stakeholders
Collaborate with Developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to optimize delivery flow
