We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
In this role, you will:

Ownership of business requirements from concept till implementation by closely working with business and change stakeholders, Product owner and delivery team. Business and Ops stakeholders are based in UK, HK, Malaysia, US and Philippines, whereas development teams are based in India and Poland




Works with colleagues to deliver the best commercially viable business outcome, balancing scope with solution and delivery options
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver artefacts as needed. Operate within the remit of the Agile methodology
