About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our Technical Operations team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and enhance solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM on the ServiceNow platform — ensuring stability, scalability,



and a outstanding user experience. You’ll also play a key part in managing platform upgrades, implementing automated testing, and enhancing the internal and external Service Portals for thousands of users worldwide.

This is a hands-on development position within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where innovation, quality, and automation are core principles. You will lead and mentor a junior developer and give technical guidance to administrators located across Service Management and Technical Operations. You will play a key role in Bravura’s drive towards Agentic AI implementation and autonomous infrastructure management, with ServiceNow at the heart of it.
