Job Description

Responsible for all activities of the Marketing Department, Assigning tasks and controlling
Developing plans, organizing implementation of plans, and reporting periodically according to regulations for Marketing activities to achieve the Company’s goals
Responsible for creating, proposing, and giving marketing ideas to achieve the set goals; Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns
Organize, build, and manage the brand identity system, ensuring that the brand’s nature is properly and consistently managed
Train and develop the department’s staff
Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and propose solutions
Other tasks assigned by superiors

Benefits

Fixed salary: 18 – 20 million

Requirements

Have at least 3 years of experience in a management position. Priority is given to candidates with business experience in the field of machinery and equipment
University graduates in economic fields: marketing, public relations, business administration, etc.
English: can listen, speak, read, write
Withstand work pressure
