The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions
through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and escalations across Credit Card
Operations.

Key responsibilities may include:

Handling customer service inquiries and service requests.
Managing fraud-risk related customer verification, alerts, and escalations.
Handling credit card collection activities including Bucket 1, Bucket 2, and
delinquent accounts.
Resolving customer complaints within defined TATs.
Managing email communications with customers professionally.
Ensuring compliance with process guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and customer interactions.
Delivering high-quality customer experience while achieving operational KPIs.
