If you enjoy translating scientific concepts into consumer-focused products and have solid experience in toothpaste formulation, this is an opportunity to work on innovative whitening, sensitivity, and restoration solutions.
What You’ll Work On
Developing and optimizing toothpaste formulations
Conducting stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing
Collaborating with quality control teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Driving innovation across ingredients, textures, and product performance
We’re Looking For Someone With
2–4 years of experience in new product development
Expertise in surfactants, abrasives, humectants, flavors, and oral care actives
Strong understanding of microbiology, rheology, and stability testing
Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
