Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Provide support and involvement in recent product development of Electrical & electronics components especially eEad lamp, Tail lamp - Identifying & driving improvements through early involvement into product development Process and completion of joint PPAP.- Drive collaboration with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and Product. - Monitor supplier performance, supplier audits and Corrective Action Plan (SCAP) / G8D etc.- Collaboration - Work closely with cross functional teams to address quality issues and ensure alignment with overall project goals.- Ensure lessons learned from product families are shared with platform team for new product development as input for prevention of known issues.- Daily work management - Daily concern status tracking, Monthly performance monitoring, Timely Analysis of concern.
Develop and ensure implementation of Systems at supplier end:- Conduct supplier audits and verify compliance with specification and industry standards- Investigate and resolve quality related issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams by using Systematic Approach & Problem solving tools (Six Sigma, QC Story etc.)- Evaluation of performance and monitor the improvement plan through enhancing technical capabilities and knowledge. > BE/B Tech - Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Automobile / Mechanical Engg. General Experience
> 8 ~ 10 years for BE/B Tech CandidatesCritical Experience
