The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and performing the duties outlined below.
This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. In the absence of the Human Resources Manager, the position reports to the General Manager/CEO.
The Marketing Specialist is expected to collaborate effectively with all departments to support the organization’s overall goals, as directed by Human Resources.
The employee will work a regular 32-hour work week. This position is eligible for overtime.
Compensation will be determined in accordance with the wage scale established by the labor contract. The employee is required to adhere to all approved company policies and will receive the advantages and privileges outlined therein.
The Marketing Specialist must demonstrate a positive attitude. This role also requires the ability to interact with customers as needed and consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote broadband, voice, and related telecom services across digital and traditional channels
Create and manage content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and customer communications, highlighting service offerings and promotions
Analyze campaign performance, subscriber growth, and retention metrics; provide reporting and recommendations for improvement
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, service gaps, and competitive positioning within the telecom industry
Collaborate with operations, customer service, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with service availability, upgrades, and customer experience initiatives
Maintain brand consistency across all materials, ensuring clear and accurate communication of technical services and offerings
