Location: Bangalore – Field sales

Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated Business Development Executives to drive growth and expand our market presence in different states in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships,



and contributing to revenue generation. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
B.Tech graduates with a sales/business development background will be preferred.
Freshers or 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify opportunities.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required.
Candidates from Bangalore will be preferred.
