We are looking for an experienced Infor Process Automation IPA Infor GHR-Technical to work on AMS support,



enhancements, configuration, and integrations for enterprise time & attendance and workforce management systems. The role involves incident management, configuration, testing, integrations, and production support in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities

Daily role: Maintains activities, support role for operate requirements, Incidence management, working
on enhancement, fixing the bugs, working with vendor on applying the patches, working on production
support issues, fixing bugs, enhancements, release & upgrade activities, Application & Maintenance role .
HCM
Responsibilities
1)Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Infor CloudSuite (HCM/GHR, FSM) and
third-party systems or legacy platforms.
2)Utilize Infor ION (Intelligent Open Network) to manage BODs (Business Object
Documents) and map data transformations.
