Advanced characterisation techniques. SEM, FTIR, XRD, and related techniques for characterising and refining materials.

Own the electronics architecture for our sensor-powered devices — from circuit design and PCB development through bring-up, validation, and certification-ready pilot builds.

Hardware & electronics development. Analog front-end and mixed-signal circuits for chemi-resistive VOC sensor readouts: low-noise measurement, multiplexing, calibration. Multi-channel sensor acquisition with array readout, mux, reliable excitation, ADC strategy, drift compensation.

PCB design, bring-up, debug. Schematics, layouts, and releases in Altium/KiCad/Eagle. Soldering/rework, oscilloscope and logic-analyzer debugging, EMI tracing, signal integrity. Own BOM and cost-performance tradeoffs.

Prototype to pilot manufacturing. DFM/DFT with panelization, assembly notes, programming fixtures, test points, calibration ports. Production-lean test workflows including jigs, QA checklists, yield tracking.
