Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive rope access training to students, ensuring adherence to IRATA guidelines and safety standards.
Conduct practical and theoretical sessions, including hands-on exercises and safety drills.
Supervise and assess trainees' performance to ensure they meet IRATA Level 3 certification standards.
Provide guidance on best practices for rope access techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use.
Maintain training equipment and ensure all tools and materials are up to date and in positive working condition.
Ensure compliance with both Elite Offshore and IRATA's safety policies and standards.
Assist in the development of training programs and updates in line with industry advancements.
