Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough site visits to evaluate potential franchise locations.
Prepare detailed site visit reports, including photos and recommendations.
Perform comprehensive market research to understand local market conditions, customer demographics, and competitive landscape.
Provide consultation and support to potential franchisees during the site selection process.
Offer guidance on site improvements, layout, and compliance with brand standards.
Address franchisee concerns and provide solutions to ensure a successful setup.
Ensure that potential and existing franchise locations comply with company standards and guidelines.




Conduct regular audits of franchise locations to verify adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Present findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support and communication.
Act as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate team to address issues and facilitate effective communication.
Ensure franchisees feel valued and supported throughout their partnership.

Skills And Qualifications

Proven experience in site evaluation, market research, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in the franchise industry is a plus.
